Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and ACE SIGN DESIGN, INC (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your access to and use of the website electblinds.com (the “Site”). Read them before using the Site. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what the Site does

We design, fabricate, print and install commercial signage and graphics. The Site presents our services, shows examples of the categories of work we produce and lets you send a request for an estimate. The Site is an informational and contact tool; it is not an online store and it does not process payments.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party contact details without authorization;
• Use the forms to send spam, advertising, malware or unlawful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server or any connected system;
• Probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Site, or bypass its security or anti-spam measures;
• Scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes;
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable federal, state or local law.

We may suspend access, delete submissions or take other action if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Quote requests are not contracts

Submitting a form creates no contract and no obligation for either party. Any price, lead time, material or illumination option mentioned on the Site or in a preliminary reply is an estimate for discussion. A binding agreement exists only when a written proposal or work order, signed or otherwise accepted in writing by both parties, is in place. Final pricing normally depends on a site survey, wall construction, electrical access, permit requirements, engineering, landlord or code approvals and current material costs.

4. Permits, codes and approvals

Signage is regulated. Approvals from the authority having jurisdiction, the property owner, the landlord or an association may be required, and requirements differ by location and property. We assist with drawings and permit filings where agreed in writing, but we do not guarantee that any particular permit or variance will be granted, or the time an authority will take to act.

5. Customer content and intellectual property

5.1 What you send us

By sending logos, artwork, photographs, drawings or text, you confirm that you own them or have the rights to use them for the requested signage and that you grant us a license to reproduce and adapt them for the purpose of quoting and producing your project. You are responsible for trademark, copyright and licensing clearance of the content you supply, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from it.

5.2 What belongs to us

The Site, its text, layout, graphics, photography, code and the arrangement of all of it are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or our licensors. Our designs, shop drawings, engineering details and production files remain our property unless a signed agreement assigns them to you. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, other than ordinary browser caching and printing a page for your own reference.

6. Photography and examples

Images on the Site illustrate the categories of signage we produce and the materials and techniques involved. They are not necessarily photographs of a specific project completed for a specific client, and they do not constitute a promise of a particular appearance, finish or result. Colors on screen vary by display and are not a substitute for a physical sample or a printed proof.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party tools such as fonts, maps or analytics. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. Warranties for products and installation work, where they apply, are stated in the signed proposal or work order, not on this Site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE SIGN DESIGN, INC and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the specific service that the claim concerns. Claims about products or installation work are governed by the warranty and liability terms of the signed proposal for that project, not by this page. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ACE SIGN DESIGN, INC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and legal fees arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit through the Site.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes and severability

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
