Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026 · Applies to electblinds.com and all forms published on it.
ACE SIGN DESIGN, INC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website electblinds.com and provides sign design, fabrication, printing and installation services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what choices you have. By using this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
When you complete the quote request form, call us or send an email, you may provide:
- Your name and the name of your business;
- Email address and telephone number;
- The service you are interested in and the details of your project, including the property address, photos, drawings, dimensions and deadlines you choose to share;
- Any other information you include in your message or in attachments sent to us by email.
Please do not send payment card data, Social Security numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the website form. We do not request it and we do not need it to prepare an estimate.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Our web server and the analytics or advertising tools we may use can record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the date and time of your visit. Cookies and similar technologies used for this purpose are described in our Cookie Policy.
1.3 Information from advertising platforms
If you reach the website through a paid advertisement, the advertising platform (for example, Google Ads) may share with us aggregated performance information such as the campaign, keyword or placement that produced the visit. This information is not used to identify you personally.
2. How we use the information
- To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, ask clarifying questions and schedule a site survey;
- To provide, fabricate, deliver and install the products and services you order, and to support them afterwards;
- To send project-related communications such as proofs, schedules, permit updates, invoices and warranty information;
- To keep records required for tax, accounting, permitting, warranty and other legal purposes;
- To operate, secure and improve the website, to prevent spam and abuse of our forms, and to measure the performance of our advertising;
- To comply with applicable law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.
3. Legal bases and consent
We process the information you submit on the basis of your request and your consent, which you give by checking the consent box before sending the form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 10; this does not affect processing already carried out.
4. Sharing the information
We share personal information only where it is necessary:
- Service providers - web hosting, email delivery, cloud storage, accounting, and analytics or advertising platforms, each acting on our instructions;
- Production and installation partners - where a specific project requires a licensed electrician, crane or lift operator, engineer or permit expediter, limited to what that partner needs to complete the work;
- Authorities having jurisdiction - building or planning departments, when a permit application requires project and contact details;
- Legal and safety reasons - when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others;
- Business transfer - in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep your form session and its security token valid. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies or tags, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ad performance. These tools may set their own cookies and may use identifiers to show you our ads on other websites. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on offered by Google, and you can manage personalized advertising in your Google Ads settings. Details and management options are in our Cookie Policy.
6. Data retention
Quote requests that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so that we can answer follow-up questions and honor a previously quoted price. Records connected to completed work - contracts, drawings, permits, invoices and warranty documents - are kept for as long as required by law and by the warranty period, and then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
7. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are protected by anti-spam and anti-forgery measures. Access to inquiry records is limited to staff who need it to answer your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
8.1 California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose and the categories of recipients; request deletion or correction of personal information; and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we will verify the request before acting on it.
8.2 Other jurisdictions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any right, contact us using section 10. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
