Permits and code compliance

Sign regulations differ by city, zoning district, building type and property. We prepare drawings and can file on your behalf when agreed in writing, but we cannot guarantee that a permit, variance or landlord approval will be issued, nor how long a review will take. Where a project requires a licensed electrician, structural engineer or specialty contractor, that scope is stated in the proposal.
